A very fun spot for country music lovers! They bring in great bands, have a great stage and dance floor, an outdoor environment that’s very comfortable (especially after the sun sets) and attracts a fun mature crowd of cowboys and cowgirls. We walked from the hotel, or you could ride your horse in. We were there on a Wednesday night when you can bring your own steaks (or whatever) and cook them up over a hardwood fire. For a small cover charge you’ll get a perfectly baked potato and a simple salad on a paper plate and plastic utensils (a pocket or buck knife comes in handy) and you can cook and eat whenever you like. Folks brought coolers of their favorite foods and picnicked with big smiles. Most crowded around the fire when it was very hot for a nice char, or wait until the fire settles and cook yours more slowly. Drinks are reasonably priced and quick at the bar - no table service. I don’t know about other nights of the week, can’t imagine it’s much more than country simple, but Wednesday is BYO food - this place isn’t about the food. There was scant staff and they worked hard, the band was GREAT and the guests very happy. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

This place is fun and historic. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in Bandera. They always have live music. It's right off the main road, so there's no need to worry about it being far from everything.

Always a great time. Good crowd, Fun responsive interactive band. Lots of dedicated dancers. Fun to watch. Wednesday steak night. 10 band charge. Bring your meat to put on the grill. All the fixings for your grill fare right there. Bake potato, butter, sour cream, cheese, salad and dressing. ALL included. What's not to like!! Drinks; wine and beer around 5-6. Mixed drinks, more. Open @6 pm Wednesdays. Band starts @ 7pm.

I have been in bars all over the country of course. Many Pubs all over Scotland & England. I live 45 min from French Quarter New Orleans. 11th Street Cowboy Bar, Bandera Texas is the best bar I’ve ever been in. Was here for a week, and made my way to “11th Street” every day. The bar tenders, the patrons and the atmosphere are the best

We flew in from SC to attend several concerts in the Texas Hill Country. 11th Street Cowboy Bar and Gary P Nunn did not disappoint! We met Melanie, and she was super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Really fun place to go. I don't know how to rate a bar I just went there drank drinks with friends and I had a great time. I would go there again and again it was really fun.

Not a restaurant but does have food from local outside vendors at certain events mainly Dough Joe Pizza. Wednesdays are Steak Night but bring your own steak to cook. Salad and a potato come with the cover charge.

Wow, what a great place to visit! We stopped in on steak night. The cost was 8 a person to use their grill, plus a baked potato and salad. The potato was really good! The grills were very hot and cooked our steak perfectly. The music was also good, it was a great night for us.
